The CLS employment program provides job assistance and support to adults with developmental disabilities. The program aims to help the participants work successfully in a work environment within their community. Each participant is guided by their job coach to help them successfully start a job process. Which includes making resumes, applying for jobs online/in person, and helping guide participants when hired.
